Abstract
This article is an attempt to bring forth some of the journal indexing agencies in India and abroad and discuss about their indexing parameters and the costing guidelines. It is suggested that the indexing agencies should strive to effectively bridge the digital research divide and to ensure that publishing in Open Access journals is accessible for authors in developing countries as well.
