Abstract

The e-commerce is becoming more and more popular, the number of customer reviews that a product receives grows rapidly. The reviews can be hundreds or even thousands for a popular product. It make difficult for a potential customer to read all the reviews to make a correct decision on whether to purchase the product or not. It also makes it difficult to keep track and manage customer opinions for the manufacturer which produce that product. The work product which includes three steps as mining product features that customers has been commented on that products, in each review identifying opinion sentences and deciding whether each opinion sentence is positive opinion sentence or negative opinion sentence, summarizing the results.
