Abstract

Cereal grains are more beneficial in our life. Whole grains as a part of a healthy diet have reduced the risk of some chronic diseases. Oats and Dates contain high amount of nutrients, fiber, vitamins, minerals and disease-fighting antioxidants. At present the food product are high in cost and not much as nutritive. So comparatively cereal grain product are easily available and low in cost and highly nutritive. One of the part of this product oats and dates are more beneficial for children. Dark chocolate contains magnesium, iron &powerful source of antioxidants and it maintains blood flow. These Oats and dates with chocolates are more effective and energetic for a child's growth and development.
