Nowadays, the making of mortar on site is lacking today due to its significant growth and necessity of exact gauging and mixing of the mortar which has been manufactured by many industries due to increasing share of a market that would expanse rare contemporarily on-site mixing happen are to be observed. The practical experiment aims at this paper which presents the comparison of two mortars with their general specifications entitled in this project overview and difference of initial work to be carried out for the laying of brickwork by alternate types of jointing mortar i.e. e-mix mortar and Ultratech fix block jointing mortar at the construction site and conclusion of this project comprise that as per contractors condition and client requirement any one material can be adopted at a particular site.

Green Synthesis and Characterization of Silver Nanoparticles using Tinosopora Cordifolia Extract and their Antimicrobial Activity

In the present research, the synthesis of silver nanoparticles by the green method is done using stem and leaves aqueous extract of Tinospora Cordifolia (T.C). The pathway of nanoparticles formation is by means of reduction of silver nitrate by extracts, which act as both reducing and capping agents. The silver nanoparticles characterized by UV-Vis-spectrometer, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffractometer, Scanning electron microscopy, Energy dispersive spectroscopy. The sizes of the synthesized silver nanoparticles are found to be in the range of 27- 58 nm. The energy dispersive spectrum confirmed the presence of silver metal. The silver nanoparticles synthesized in this process have the efficient antimicrobial activity against pathogenic bacteria like Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia, Proteus mirabilis, Staphylococcus aureus and Serratia marcescens using paper disc diffusion method.

Test Rig on Parkinson Gear Tester

“Test rig on Parkinson gear tester” is a very great innovation in its own & is specially made for the purpose of checking flank surfaces of gear. Gears are the crucial element of any transmission system which generally used for power transmission. Such type of part must be check by using the highly accurate methodology in order to assess its functional performance in advance. The inspection methodology of gears should be accurate with the less time-consuming procedure for its inspection. This gear test rig will check the gear in minimum time which results in the decrease of non-productive time and improves plant efficiency.
