Low-cost approach towards the design and development of lower limb exoskeleton
From the time the human race has evolved many have faced the difficulty in walking, standing, balancing and so on. About 13.7 percent of the world's population have a motor disability with serious difficulty in walking or painting balance making them among the largest minority groups on earth. Through this paper, we will be going to discuss the earlier research and the functions of the exoskeleton. The paper provides an overview of the hardware, sensors, actuators, and control system for the performance of the exoskeleton. 3D prototype of the model is designed and the simulation are performed to achieve a low cost exoskeleton for the medical and defence purposes.

Exploring challenges in implementing hybrid learning in cycle two public girls’ schools in the United Arab emirates
Purpose: The challenge of integrating cooperative learning in online learning environments presents challenges for both learners and educators. This mixed-methods study will explore Implementing Hybrid Learning in Cycle Two Public Schools in the UAE. The focus of the study will be on the challenges teachers face in delivering effective online instruction, in hopes of discovering ways in which teachers may more effectively plan and implement collaborative learning in online learning environments. Design Methodology approach: Research will take APA style. The survey will provide the basis for developing in-depth questions to explore both the online learning environment and collaborative learning more fully. The survey will be published through various technology platforms. Upon completion of the surveys, the results will be coded and analyzed using Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS). The researcher will then conduct targeted interviews to gain more information. Findings: Teachers Need More Training, Motivation for Training, Fear to Change, Everything Takes Time, New Skills, New Practices, New Strategies, New Technologies, and New Learning Styles, Blended Learning as Efficient Tool to Address Current Education Problems, Blended Learning Cannot Be Changed by an Online Learning, Student Motivation Suffers from Too Much Online Learning, Blended Learning Problems Are Technical Issues and Increasing Role of Parents in the Learning Process. Originality: There are a few studies that examine the exploring challenges in hybrid learning. Moreover, most studies focus on challenges and collaboration between students. Finally, there is no study has been conducted on the challenges in hybrid learning in C2 public girls' schools in the United Arab Emirates.

Housing policy in developing economies: The importance of regulation
The financialization of housing is defined as the phenomenon in which housing is treated as a commodity such that it is a vehicle of wealth and investment rather than a social good and basic human right. While the financialization of housing itself can be seen as the product of financial innovation and economic development, it has also become an object of speculation and irrational exuberance in the form of market bubbles and social friction, which excludes disadvantaged members of society from benefiting from this expansive growth, oftentimes marginalizing these communities further. This paper aims to assess the importance of regulation and housing policy in developing economies as a means of controlling the financialization of real estate markets.

Analytical and Systematic Study of Artificial Neural Network
Artificial Neural Network may be a neural network motivated by the biological neural network where numbers of neurons are interconnected with each other. The neurons in artificial neural network are operating and arranged in such a way that they invigorate the basic construction of the neurons within the human cerebrum. the basic rationale behind the factitious neural network is to implement the structure of the biological neuron in an exceedingly way that the regardless of the function that the human brain perform with the help of biological neural network, that thusly will the machines and frameworks can likewise perform with the help of artificial neural network. This paper gives a concise outline of a man-made neural network with its working, architectures, and general organization, and so forth. This paper additionally express some advantage and disadvantage , application of the artificial neural network in some most vital areas like image processing, signal processing, pattern recognition, function approximation, forecasting supported the past data and a few more.

Leveraging a convolutional neural network for developing a hand-written text recognition system
The explication revolving around the digital outlook of Hand-written Text has been carried out widely with the upsurge of Technological Advancements in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Automation in daily chores has made human life more consistent and yet stable. Machine Learning and Deep Learning modus operandi has been actuated for contemplating the automated outlook. Hand-written Text Recognition has been a well-scrutinized domain wherein the incorporation of different paradigms of learning has been elucidated. The escalation into the digitization of almost everything necessitates the prevalence of the same in assuaging the Text Recognition System as well. In this articulation, we’ve consummated Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) i.e., 03-Layered, 04-Layered, and 05-Layered Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) which are trained over Hand-written Characters which include Alphabets (A-Z), Digits (0-9) and widely utilized Symbols and thereby detecting the Text from a Dataset of diverse Hand-written words consisting of Names and Surnames. The proposed Hand-written Text Recognition System is structured in the Offline method, as the scarcity of proficient outcomes revolves around it when compared to Online prospects. The proposition also gave us a comparative insight into the impact of layers in models. The efficacy we achieved was phenomenal, which gave us a potent resolution for contemplating it in real-time.
