Tourist Place Recommendation System
Android Phone has power to access or fetch data from remote location and provide various facilities to the user. Hence android applications have more and more demand because of its user friendly nature and its power of computation. Many tourist are having problem to search proper tourist places due to communication overhead or less facility of tourist guide. It is impractical to search each and every tourist place at every location. So in order to provide feasible as well as user friendly solution for this problem we develop an android application which will automatically recognize famous and nearby places and send notification to android phone. This application also provides weather recommendation feature which notifies the tourist about weather conditions of the destination before visiting it. All places are properly categorized and also with review or rating. The application also provides facility of vehicle mark to reach your vehicle after site visit. We are using Triangulation method with LBS as well as GPS to track the location of user. And as per his location, relevant list of tourist places will be send in the form of pop up notification.

Literature Review on Implementation of Lean Manufacturing Techniques
In competitive environment lean manufacturing is necessary in every industry. Lean production is a standard manufacturing mode of the 21st century. Lean manufacturing have various synonyms like lean management, lean production, It is very use full techniques for reduce the flow of non value added time. Lean manufacturing is a philosophy to reduce the time between customer order and products are ready for the delivery by eliminating waste. Waste (muda) is a serious problem in to the industry it is creates a non value added services and poor quality of the product. Waste are seven type occurs in industry 1) transport,2) inventory,3)motion,4) waiting,5) over production,6) over processing,7) defect. It is eliminate with the help of lean manufacturing. It is an integrated system that gives production of goods/services with minimum buffering costs. This paper gives the literature survey on various type of industry to apply the lean manufacturing, like apply in to automobile industry, and pharmaceutical company, cotton seed oil industry, health care hospital. And also refers other 5 papers gives the information about lean manufacturing and discussion. And introducing about lean .what is lean manufacturing, why it is needed, and method of lean manufacturing that reduces waste. And also to introduces about different lean tools.

Extended Centroid based Clustering Technique for Online Shopping Fraud Detection
With the enhancement in technology on-line banking like credit Card and Debit Card, Mobile Banking and most useful Internet Banking is the popular medium to transfer the money from one account to another is call customer to business. online Banking is gaining popularity day by day is very usefully for everyone, which increases the online transaction with the increase in online shopping, other charges, so the fraud cases related to this are also increasing and it puts a great burden on the economy, affecting both customers and company. It not only costs money, but also a great amount of time to restore the harm is all so done. The purpose is to prevent the customer from online transaction by using specific technique i.e. based on Data Mining. Customer Spending Behavior of product parching and payment transfer. The customer than spending behavior about the product that can be identified by searching approach by using K-Mean or k-Medoid clustering algorithm. If risk score is greater 0.75 then transaction is taken as to be fraudulent and then the security mechanism authenticates the user by entering the random number generate digit on the screen and the genuine user enters the code in a correct manner.

Detection of Diabetic Retinopathy using Kirsch Edge Detection and Watershed Transformation Algorithm
Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a common retinal complication associated with diabetics. A complication of diabetes is that it can also affect various parts of the body. When the small blood vessels have a high level of glucose in the retina, the vision will be blurred and can cause blindness eventually, which is known as diabetic retinopathy. However, if symptoms are identified in the early stage then proper treatment can be provided to prevent blindness. Usually the retinal images obtained from the fundus camera are examined directly and diagnosed. Due to this certain abnormalities due to diabetic retinopathy are not directly visible through the naked eye .Hence by using the image processing techniques these abnormalities can be extracted accurately and required treatments and precautions can be taken. And this also reduces the time for the ophthalmologists to detect the disease and give accurate treatments.
