Car parking space detection using Image Processing

The major goal of the project is to develop a fully automated parking system that requires little human interaction. Look for a suitable parking area for automobiles in the well-known metropolitan metropolis. These parking lots are necessary to solve the challenges of rising urban congestion and, as a result, a scarcity of space. The goal of this article is to determine the number of automobiles and the location where they can be found. This study uses terminology like parking space, image processing, system initialization, image acquisition, image segmentation, image enhancement, and image detection.

Effect of rebar coating in prevention of corrosion in RC structure

Corrosion of the reinforcement in concrete structures had been realized to be at serious problem world wide in the 60s & 70s & the number of damages still increased considerably in the 80s. Corrosion in steel reinforcement is one of the most significant factors in the deterioration of Reinforced Concrete Structures Rebars Corrosion carbonation of Concrete & Chloride Attack Affects almost 50% The Durability of concrete structures. Earlier studies Indicated the Reinforced Concrete structures Remain durable for the whole of their design life, Approximately more than 60 years, Even maintenance free. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and compare the relative merits of the two coating systems for reinforcing bars in concrete. Also this study helps to know the nature and characteristics of both epoxy coated and Zinc Coated Steel for use as reinforcement in concrete. Also presented is an overview of the results from recent experimental work on the comparative corrosion behavior of uncoated Steel, epoxy coated steel, and Zinc Coated Steel in concrete.

Segmentation approach for brain tumor detection

The task of detecting tumors is an important one as it can lead to many lives being saved as nearly 20k lives are lost every year due to brain tumors. The task is challenging as in few cases brain tumors are not detected in the early stages. With the help of artificial intelligence, this gap can be bridged. The task of detecting regions of tumors can be classified into the popular computer vision task of image segmentation. Given the actual MRI scans and the masks representing the region of the tumor, the machine learning models can learn the functions which map the regions to the presence or nonpresence of the tumor. The models are trained using a pair of MRI images and corresponding masks and the given an MRI image, the model should detect the region of the tumor if present. This paper explores the different state-of-the-art architectures to perform the task of image segmentation.

Camel model analysis of select public and private sector banks in India

The financial performance of banks has gained significant importance in recent years. It is a blueprint of the financial affairs of a business concern. Financial performance analysis is mainly done to compare the growth, profitability, and financial soundness of banks by diagnosing the information contained in the financial statements. It is also useful for the measurement of the overall financial health of the organization over a given period of time. The paper evaluates the financial performance of select public and private sector banks for a five years period from 2016 to 2020.CAMEL (Capital Adequacy, Asset, Management Efficiency, Earnings, Liquidity) model measures the performance of banks on the basis of five parameters viz. Capital adequacy, Asset quality, Management quality, Earning quality, and Liquidity quality.

Line follower & obstacle avoider robot

Of gram into the Arduino chip. Arduino vehicle contains Arduino microcontroller with basic mobility highlights. We need to make an android application that will furnish the client with an interface to connect with the Arduino-controlled vehicle. The interface is not difficult to utilize and gives criticism from the Arduino microchip through the Wi-Fi subsequent to offering guidance to Arduino for different activities through the interface by means of a Wi-Fi module. Arduino programs contain directions intervening between the android regulator and the Arduino vehicle. Android portable controller utilizes distinctive versatile sensors to direct movement. Subsequent to doing the entirety of this we have test this undertaking completely and find the greatest no. of mistakes and wrong rationale in the chip program. Subsequent to doing this no one but we can say that we have had the option to make according to our objective portrayed.

Performance and emission level studies of Simarouba Glauca biodiesel as an alternative fuel for diesel engine

Biodiesel is a non–toxic, biodegradable, and renewable alternative fuel that can be used with little or no engine modifications. Biodiesel is currently expensive but would be more cost-effective if it could be produced from low–cost non-edible oils. The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of the biodiesel produced from non-edible oils on engine performance and emissions. In this work, biodiesel was produced from Simarouba glauca oil using base-catalyzed transesterification. The properties of the biodiesel were determined as per ASTM standards and compared with the diesel. From the property analysis, it is observed that the properties of the biodiesel are better than the raw oil and close to the diesel. From the engine tests, it is observed that the engine performance is close to the diesel.
