Chemical and pharmacological evolution of some synthesized Chalcones and Hetrocyclic compounds

Pharmaceutical chemistry is focused on quality aspects of medicines and aims to assure fitness for the purpose of medicinal products. With centuries medicinal chemistry had emerged as a magnanimous field of science getting a facelift from the available natural compounds for synthesis of newer and complex molecules possessing medicinal activity while the transit from the earth to a synthetically furnished laboratory. Medicinal chemistry or pharmaceutical chemistry is a discipline at the intersection of chemistry and pharmacology involved with designing, synthesizing and developing pharmaceutical drugs. Chalcones is a generic term given to compounds bearing the 1,3-diarylprop2-en-1-one, which can be functionlized in the propane chain by the presence of olefinic, keto and/or hydroxyl group. Chalcones belongs to the flavonoid family. Chemically chalcones consisted of open chain flavonoids in which the two aromatic rings are joined by a three carbon a,ß-unsaturated carbonyl system (Dhar, 1981). Microorganisms are a heterogeneous group of several distinct classes of living beings. They were classified under third kingdom, the Prostita. Based on differences in cellular organization and biochemistry, the kingdom prostita has been divided into two groups, Prokaryotes and Eukaryotes. Bacteria and blue green algae are prokaryotes while fungi, other algae, slime moulds and protozoa are eukaryotes. Anti-fungal drugs are among the most frequently prescribed preparations because of their fungal activity. They are widely used for the treatment of the fungal diseases such as Candidiasis and Apergillosis. These agents prevent from fungal infection. Anti-oxidant drugs are among the most frequently prescribed preparations to prevent Oxidation.

After signing in with the account, now you can start exploring various geographical locations and can update missing or incorrect information. To ensure the accuracy and quality of HERE maps, all the community content is verified by HERE’s Geo-analyst before it gets updated and integrated into HERE maps. Study the HERE Map Creator Tool and find out and add the missing roads, places on it. Maps represent the real world on a much smaller scale. They help you travel from one location to another. They help you organize information. They help you figure out where you are and how to get where you want to go. Maps are an important part of our everyday lives. We use them for driving directions, to look up restaurants, stores and many more places. We covered two sections in it. First section summarizes about learning and accessing of the tool and the other section focuses on the background and purpose of the duties that were assigned to us which particularly included adding missing roads, POIs and PA. Further after we have to study about the Electric Vehicle (EV) and its features and provide the solution how HERE maps gains the opportunity to innovate and leave it’s prints in molding the drawbacks of EV.

Intelligent wireless notice board

It is a process of information exchange, it is precisely this aspect of the technology, which plays an important role in all forms of commercial activity, or the organization of the subject. Currently, all companies have to have or advertising to promote their products and services to you. Digital advertising is the dire need of the modern business, and, in the digital world. The drop indicator of the non-matrix displays can be used at international airports, markets, subway stations and shopping malls. Bus, drive, and so on. The LED display is the best and most efficient mode, and the display of the data, but the problem is, the message is dynamic, if the user changes the content of the message, in order to meet specific requirements. In the event of a change in the text of the message and connect to the LED display to the computer in such a way that the screen is on, the control board may not be placed anywhere else, due to the complex circuitry. The goal of this project is to develop a wireless, scrolling for your message board, which allows the user to gain access to the content of the message may not have access to the display of the matrix, a computer, or a laptop computer. It is up to the user to update the content of the message, via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi access is available.

In vivo bioactivity– Guided isolation of antiasthmatic fraction of Celosia argentae Linn. leaves in rodents

Background: Celosia argentea is leafy herb commonly known as quail grass, feather cockscomb, and Lagos spinach belongs to the family Amaranthaceae. The Celosia argentea has great medicinal value, used in the treatment of fatigue, leucorrhoea, atherosclerosis and osteoporosis and the seeds have been used for reducing the “liver heat”, improving the eye sight, clearing wind heat and as an anti- inflammatory agent. In present study the flavonoids fraction from alcoholic extract of Celosia argentea was investigated for its anti-asthmatic potential by in vitro and in vivo techniques. Phytochemical evaluation detected methanolic fraction to be enriched in flavonoids. Hence, methanolic fraction was concentrated and loaded on a column of Sephadex using a step gradient of chloroform: methanol mixture (95:5, 90:10, 80:20,….100:0). The first fraction 95:5 gave distinct single band with the selected solvent system were further purified on HPLC column of MCI HP20. Fraction was collected using an automatic fraction collector and monitored by HPLC. Chromatographically pure compound were pooled, concentrated, and freeze-dried. Then the isolated compound was screened for antiasthmatic activity in rodents. Data were analyzed using ANOVA at p ≤ 0.05. Results: Isolated compound from celosia argentea (10mg/kg) significantly reduces paw volume at dose 10 mg/kg showed (0.180±0.005**) reduction of paw volume was comparable to standard drug Dexamethasone (0.160±0.005**).Also it significantly protect degranulation of mast cell at dose (10mg/kg) it gives 63.6% and Ketotifen fumarate at dose (1mg/kg, p.o.) gives 74.1% protection to mast cells. In case of histamine induced contraction in goat tracheal chain at concentration 30 μg/ml isolated compound of celosia argentea at 10μg/ml significantly inhibited the tracheal contraction which was compared with Chlorphenaramine maleate (1 μg/ml). This indicates that there was competitive antagonism between histamine and isolated compound of celosia argentea for H1 receptors present on the smooth muscle. Conclusion: The result indicates the isolated bioactive fraction of Celosia argentea responsible for its antiasthmatic effect which may be produce due to presence of quercetin flavonoid.

Data Science to design sports attire for better individual performance

A player's performance depends on a lot of factors. His personality, environment, playing style, teammates. Is luck one of those factors? Managers and Club Directors cannot change a player's personality, no matter how much they throw money for it. What they can do is provide Sporting Attires, Playing Positions, and Training Equipment that the players want. Now in a world where Social Media is ruling, every player wants to look good while also playing well, to take their own personal brands forward. So can there be a way where Clubs can analyze the Sentiments of each player in their squad according to the different styles of Jerseys that they play in? This paper gives a solution where we analyze the Sentiments of Players and their Performances in a particular style or design of Jersey, and give jerseys perfect for the whole squad to perform better.
