Foreign Exchange Rate

In this paper with the help of mathematical tools, I will analyze how the Foreign Exchange Rate of India and the USA have fared over the span of 3 years from March 2017 to February 2020. The tools will help to forecast the future value of the foreign exchange rate but the values forecasted do not consider any external factors and are based on the previous values. We will also use time series tools like moving averages to find the general trend of the rate.

Artificial Neural Network paradigm for cost-effective networks

This paper is going to deal with the introduction for the artificial neural network and the neural network, then the characteristics of Artificial Neural Network, Applications of neural networks, Benefits and the types of learning such as supervised, unsupervised, and Reinforcement learning in supervised it is classified into 2 types as classification, regression, in unsupervised there are mainly two types such as clustering and association. An example of pattern recognition, Bayesian Network, Building the Bayesian network, types of ANN that are the feedback and feed-forward architectures, three important components of ANN and finally the main challenges in ANN and the solutions for the same.

Challenges of Governance in India

Governance refers to the process of decision making by administrative authorities, or Governance includes law-making, Institution building, regulation, and administration. All of these are actually intertwined in designing good policy processes and the implementation of these policies. If we take the example of the economic sector of the country it seems here that derisory bankruptcy laws, government ownership of banks and non-bank finical companies, and poor regulations all contribute to the bad debt problem in the Indian financial sector. If we see from another perspective there is a number of catastrophes being faced by governance in India. The daily Incidences, Crime, Violation of law, Poor Policy Process, Economic Crises, Environmental concerns, health education, poor delivery of public services, issues related to women, and other emerging social issues are the key challenges that are being faced by governance in the country. This paper highlights the challenges of Governance in the country in the elegance of basic issues which are now becoming a challenge for the process of Governance in the country. The concept of governance describes by different organizations and authors from time to time. It refers to the governing process of a country in simple terms.

Optimal Load Balancing and cloud resource management by space shared scheduling technique

Cloud computing is the availability and management of a large number of resources without the involvement of users. The Characteristics of Cloud Environment are its elasticity, availability, and scalability of the resources which is done by sharing the cloud resources. Resource monitoring and prediction are the keys to achieve resource utilization with high-performance management in cloud computing. Resource scheduling is one of the major issues of cloud computing, the scheduling policy and algorithm affect the performance of the cloud system directly. Moreover, Load balancing is also one of the major aspects which are the process of distributing the load on various nodes providing the best resource utilization when nodes are overloaded. The major focus of this work is to develop a space shared resource sharing technique that allows one job to utilize the available resource at a time as per the requirement for job completion. The Proposed System also provides optimal resource sharing and Load balancing by utilizing the Optimized Throttled Load Balancing Algorithm (OTLBA). In order to optimize resources scheduling of cloud computing and to improve the utilization ratio of the resource as well as guarantee application quality of service, the dynamic resources scheduling based on the Optimal Load balancing algorithm has been designed and implemented.

Origin of Conglomerate/Breccia rocks, How did they arrive at Lonar Crater? Buldhana District, Maharashtra, India

Conglomerates are rocks of silicates (stones/pebbles/gravels/cobbles), etc. cemented together in a matrix, were observed on the temples roof tops, near the lake periphery of Lonar Crater and the fragments of these rocks found surrounding the temple periphery. To investigate how these rocks did came here, what was the purpose of these rocks being found on the temple roofs? detailed study was under taken. The XRF analysis carried out showed that these fragmented rocks of conglomerate origin SiO₂ is found to be dominant i.e., between 53.40-99%, with other components such as Al₂O₃, MgO, SO₃, CaO, Fe₂O₃, ZnO and CuO as minor compositions. From the studies carried out, the conclusion drawn showed that all the glassy nature of rock fragments showing high percentage of SiO₂ found at Lonar Crater are components of conglomerate rock fragments, whether it be white rusting, non white rusting, white pebbles/silica pebbles etc., are all of conglomerate rock fragments. This paper reports a detailed study about how did these rocks arrive here at Lonar Crater and placed on the roof tops of the temples? What was their source and origin? Why were they brought here? What was the purpose of bringing here? This work being of preliminary investigations, a small attempt has been made to search answers to the above questions.
