Transistors recommendation system

The Transistors recommendation system helps learners make choices without sufficient personal experience transistors datasheet. In our research, the user-based and the main recommendation algorithm combined with Datasheets for all selective transistors. We analyzed the concern of the recommendation system and also an architecture is proposed, based on which improvements can be achieved. In this architecture, there are seven modules are presented. The crucial aim of this research paper is to perceive the basis of a recommendation system that will assist students in culling the best transistors for their respective work.

Artificial Neural Network architecture and hardware Chip Implementation using VHDL

Artificial neural networks are extended on the basis of brain structure. Like the brain, ANNs can recognize patterns, handle facts and figures and be trained. They are prepared by artificial neurons which employ the quintessence of genetic neurons. In the research work, we have considered the 8 inputs ANN signal which is multiplied with their corresponding weights. The hardware chip is designed to support the system functionality in Xilinx ISE 14.2 software. The designed chip is simulated with Modelsim 10.0 software for test cases. The designed chip is also synthesized on SPARTAN-3E FPGA using VHDL programming and device hardware and timing parameters are also analyzed for the functionality of the chip. User has the choice of sharing minimum attributes required for KYC purpose based on different avatars of the Blockchain, also track the flow of data through various concerned agencies.

To improve the fertility of soil by using Biochar

Now a days due to use of artificial fertilizers in farming, the yield of crop is getting damaged. Soil becomes polluted and unfertilized for crop production. So, we made use of Biochar which is organic material. By using biochar fertility of soil is improved and healthy food is produced for mankind. Biochar has been proven a renewable resource and eco-friendly material for improving soil fertility. The main objective of our study is to increase the water absorbing capacity of soil and to produce crop by organic fertilizer. In this experiment we made comparative study between Biochar and fertilizer (i.e. NPK and organic manure). The time taken by each fertilizer for production of crop (Tomato) and how much water is absorbed by each fertilized soil is compared.

Automatic rotary car parking system

Car parking in busy streets or even in huge commercial buildings is one of the most time-consuming tasks. Also, due to increasing number of vehicles, space efficient parking is not possible. The vehicles are parked in an unorganized manner on the streets. Also, safety of the vehicle is one of the main concerns. So, this proposed system, helps us to park vehicles in an organized manner. Each user is given a RFID tag. Each tag has details encrypted about the position where car is placed. This system also ensures safety and efficient use of parking space. As the system is automatic, the time consumed is reduced.

Design and simulation of Carry Save Adder using VHDL

This paper presents a low power and high-speed multi-operand adder which shows a higher degree of modularity than other existing adders. In Digital Signal Processing (DSP) applications, Addition is one of the fundamental operations. In advance technology, researches are still going on to design an adder that carries out addition in a twinkle of time. Carry Save Adder (CSA) is one of such high speed and low power adder. This paper focuses on the designing and simulation of carrying Save Adder (CSA) using Carry Look ahead adder instead of using usual ripple carry adder so that speed increases by 10%.
