Traffic load minimization in software-defined wireless sensor networks

In this paper, we have discussed the problem of traffic and how to solve it using WSN and IoT. As we know IOT is the latest technology and is being used in many sectors nowadays at it very effective. As we know the problem of traffic management is increasing nowadays is big cities which causes many problems like traffic, accidents, and pollution. Management of traffic is very important and a tedious job. There have been many methods used to solve these Problems. Also, the issues like car theft have also increased nowadays, also due to high traffic ambulance also have problems in reaching the hospitals fast. In this paper, we have discussed the technique of solving this problem using IOT. There will be a sensor node and a base node the sensor node will be used to count the traffic in each lane and will send the information to the base node and the base node will take the decision of allocation of them. Also, the base node will have an RFID reader connected which will be continuously Reading for the RFID cards that will be present at the cars and compare it with the database and search for the stolen cars and ambulance and will notify after the stolen car is detected. This will help to solve the traffic management problem the theft problem and the emergency situations for the ambulance.

Next location prediction using Google API

The technological advances in smart phones and their widespread use has resulted in the big volume and varied types of mobile data which we have today. Location prediction through mobile data mining leverages big data applications such as traffic planning, location-based advertising, intelligent resource allocation. This paper focused on the challenging problem of predicting the next location of a mobile user given data on his or her current location. In this paper, we proposed Next Location- a personalized mobile data mining framework. In addition, the proposed framework represents a new paradigm for privacy-preserving as the mobile phone data is not shared without user permission. The prediction task consists of using such data to know and understand the user's current location.

Impact of climate on construction industry

Buildings are designed for a specific climate yet they often have a lifetime of 100 years. This effect is compounded by the fact that much of the climatic data currently used for design purposes is some 30 years old. This paper investigates the impact that climate change over the last two decades may have on the design and performance of buildings by examining the specific impact that changes in temperature and solar radiation have had on one particular design variable, energy use. Impact of climate change on the building materials can lead to the loss of strength, color. The results indicate that the temperature and solar radiation in India have changed significantly in the last 15 years and that the climatic data currently being used for energy design calculations leads to inaccuracies in predictions of energy use. It is concluded that the climatic data used in these calculations should be urgently reviewed as it may be leading designers to adopt solutions which will be inappropriate for future use.

In this context, this paper attempts to study the Work-Life Balance (WLB) between married female government and private school teachers in Puducherry with a focus on personal life satisfaction and support from family. In order to carry out the study, 55 samples were chosen using simple random sampling technique. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis and t-test were used. The study found that there is no significant difference between in personal life satisfaction and support from family among government and private school teachers in Puducherry.

Answer script evaluator

Every college, university, school conduct exams and most important part of exams are the results. In order to get these results, the exam papers have to be evaluated one by one manually. This process of evaluating the exam papers is time consuming and requires more manpower. To overcome this solution, we have come up with a thought that removes the manual evaluation process. Our project focuses on developing a system that evaluates an answer script against a pre-uploaded marking scheme. Initially, a model is trained with a huge corpus (text data) and this model is used for further comparison of answer sheets with marking scheme. For evaluation, the marking scheme is processed and created a bag of words. In the same way, even answer sheets are processed and created a bag of words. Now these 2 values are compared using the LSI model and marks are assigned to the answers according to the comparison percentage obtained.
