Assessment of antiinflammatory properties of chlorophytum laxum R. Br.

Medicinal plants are those plants which are used in various traditional systems of medicines throughout the world that provide people with medicines - to prevent disease, maintain health or cure ailments. These medicinal plants consider as a rich resource of ingredients which contains substances that can be used for therapeutic purposes or which are precursors for the synthesis of useful drugs. Chlorophytum laxum R.Br. (commonly called as “Neeruvatti”) belongs to the family Liliaceae is one of the important medicinal plant used by Kani tribes. The present study aims to scientifically evaluate the anti-inflammatory potential of Chlorophytum laxum R. Br. In this study, Carrageenan and Formalin induced hind paw oedema models were used for in vivo anti-inflammatory study and HRBC membrane stabilization assay was used as in vitro anti-inflammatory study. The extract were administered at different doses and the maximum percentage inhibition of paw oedema in the right hind limb was shown by 450 mg/kg in both in vivo methods. The extract at a higher concentration protects significantly the hypotonicity induced hemolysis of RBC by in vitro anti-inflammatory analysis. These reveal the anti-inflammatory potential of Chlorophytum laxum. Hence the present study substantiates the medicinal properties of Chlorophytum laxum which is having antiinflammatory potential that have to be used commercially for the drug preparation.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an emerging form of business process automation technology based on the notion of software robots or Artificial Intelligence (AI) workers. RPA is a technology developed on software robots to perform certain repetitive tasks that allow them to control applications, collect data, feed them to other applications and manipulate data. In the context of the benefits that RPA deployment can confer in different scenarios, there is an urgent need to find more applications of RPA in the area of management; and hence this research is undertaken. The current research work shows through a managerial use case, how RPA can be engaged as an intimate and reliable assistant by a busy manager of the current corporate world, to perform the repetitive human tasks more competently and effectively. With ‘bot’ taking over the task of human assistant in sending routine replies to emails, the study proves that RPA can be a better substitute to a human being as an assistant to a manager which can perform tasks done on a routine basis, more productively.

Assistive aid development for blind people using Internet of Things (IoT)

This paper is focused to build up a Raspberry Pi based supportive guide for outwardly hindered clients utilizing haar-course and LBP calculation. Individuals who are outwardly hindered battle every day in acting activities that might be as clear as moving from one reason to an alternate while not tumbling down or sound against obstructions. An Electronic Travel Aid (ETA) could be a kind of accommodating innovation having the point of face recognizable proof, MRP discovery, control electrical apparatuses, area ID further as perusing daily papers and books. The most preferred standpoint of utilizing haar-course strategy is it's to a great degree location precision and furthermore used to identify the substance of the individual. The upside of utilizing LBP system is its shorter preparing time and is utilized to break down the face. A model at the minimal effort is produced to the issues being for some time looked by the outwardly weakened while communicating with their condition.
