Abstract
The present study Alloy Steel grade22 is used for optimization of welding parameter. TIG welding is performed, TIG welding is an important process for many industrial operations. Welding current, gas flow and arc gap are selected as welding parameter for the experimental plan. RSM is adopted for the experimental plan and then ANOVA analysis is done. The mathematical model generated by using RSM.
