Abstract
Our purpose of the study is to implantation of EHR and current challenges of secure exchange of EHR within inter Health Organisation. EHR is created by many hospitals for ease of doctor and patient the main objective to create EHR is to develop a paperless system. EHR is used by only Healthcare organization or hospitals where it is created but patient electronic record required by another Healthcare organization again it will create a problem for exchanging record within inter Health Organisation the main objective of a literature review is to present a systematic way for secure exchange of EHR within inter Healthcare organization using the cloud.
